The Amplifier Networks for the Washington DC Technology Corridor are operated under the direction of an Advisory Board composed by experienced, well known entrepreneurs and representatives of the founding sponsoring organizations.  The Advisory Board advises on areas of development of the Amplifier Networks for the DC region, including the provision of content and other resources that will assist local entrepreneurs, both experienced and inexperienced, in establishing and growing leading technology businesses.  Each of the members of the Advisory Board brings a strong commitment to entrepreneurship, education and community development:

The members of the Advisory Board are:

• Jonathan Aberman, Founder and Managing Director of Amplifier Networks, and Managing Director of Amplifier Ventures, an early stage venture investor.  Jonathan has extensive experience as an investor, corporate lawyer and investment banker, gained over a career with law firms such as Fenwick & West and Pillsbury and international investment firms such as Goldman Sachs and Daiwa International.
  
  
• Steve Balistreri, Partner, Argy Wiltse & Robinson.  Steve has extensive experience both as an auditor and accountant as well as a strategic and financial consultant, representing a wide range of technology companies.
  
  
• Todd Bramblett, CEO of Leverpoint and formerly an executive officer of Ikimbo, ASPEN and Broadpoint Technologies.  Todd has extensive experience managing software development, service delivery, customer relationships and financial management.
  
  
• Loren Burnett, President and CEO of StackSafe and formerly COO and CFO of Astral Brands and President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Celcorp.  Loren has extensive management experience in virtualization software, network security, consumer brands and technology and marketing consulting.
  
  
• Michael Dering, most recently CEO of Service Bench, and formerly CEO of Cross Access, Bell & Howell Mail and Messaging and TAB Products Company.  Michael has extensive management experience in hosted software, supply chain management, information storage and retrieval and electronic publishing.
  
  
• Dan Gonzalez, Managing Partner of Appian Realty Advisors.  Dan has extensive expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate both as a representative of tenants and landlords but also as a commercial real estate developer, and has been behind many of the leading real estate transactions of emerging technology companies in the region.
  
  
• John Hurley, Senior Executive of Venture Pipeline Group – DLA Piper.  John previously was an officer of LMR Consulting and Post-Newsweek Information and was the publisher of TECH Capital.  John has extensive executive experience in management and strategic consulting, publishing and e-commerce.
  
  
• Eric Koefoot, most recently founder and CEO of US News Ventures and formerly CEO of Five Star Alliance and Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive.  Eric has extensive experience in Internet content, e-commerce, financial and strategic consulting and sales and marketing.
  
  
• Rich Moore, President of Rich Moore, Inc., and formerly an executive officer of VM Software, Systems Center and Cyveillance.  Rich is also on the Board of Directors of Vocus.  Rich has extensive executive experience with marketing and international expansion of emerging businesses, particularly technology companies.
