The Get Educated Class Series now includes the following classes for technology entrepreneurs:

• Business Plan Preparation (formerly Business Plan 101).  An introduction to the process of business plan preparation.
  
• Emerging Company Finance (fomerly Venture Capital 101).  Introduction to the various methods of financing an early stage business.
  
• Mechanics of Financing Early Stage Businesses.  An advanced investigation of the legal structure and terms of early stage financing transactions.
  
• Venture Capital and Venture Capital Deals (formerly Venture Capital 102).  An advanced investigation of the venture capital industry and the terms of a venture capital deal.

The Get Educated series of classes is intended to help the entreprenuer more clearly understand the major issues of starting and growing a technology start up, and to gain practical knowledge.  Classes are taught by entreprenuers and experts selected by the Amplifier Networks for their practical experience.
