How to Start a Company (2 hours). $75.  Introduction to the process of starting a new business.   This class is a must for anyone who has an idea, but needs to organize a business to attract others, raise capital or undertake business without unlimited liability.  Topics covered will include: selection of a corporate form; founders’ equity arrangements; state and local licensing requirements; establishment of books and records; and other ancillary agreements necessary to start a business.
